Patricia Charles was born and raised in a small town called Bilston, in the West Midlands in England.  The Church of God in Bilston was started in the living room of her parent’s home, Bro. & Sis. Simpson, some 42 years ago. That church is still alive and well today.

Bishop Ishmael Prince Charles is the Visionary for the New Testament Church of God International Worship Center, located in Baughers Bay, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. He is the husband of Patricia Charles and the father of two, (Ishika & Ishroy).
